Retreats at Dungarthill House

Escape to Dunkeld Alone or with a friend

BOOK OUR PRVATE VICTORIAN ESTATE AND VISIT DUNKELD

Alongside exclusive-use bookings, the house is also used as a base for a small number of hosted retreats — reading weeks, yoga-led stays, and quieter group breaks that value space, routine, and time outdoors. These retreats allow individuals, couples, or smaller groups to stay at the house without needing to book the entire property.

Where availability allows, we may also be able to accommodate half-house hire for smaller private groups.

Join a Hosted Retreat in Dunkeld

Hosted retreats are organised and run by independent retreat leaders who book the house as their base. Guests stay at Dungarthill as part of the group, with shared use of the house and grounds.

These stays suit people who like the feel of the house but don’t need exclusive use — and who enjoy a lighter structure to their days.

Typical retreat stays offer:

  • Accommodation at Dungarthill House

  • A small, like-minded group

  • Time set aside for reading, movement, reflection, or discussion

  • Shared meals and quiet routines

  • Space to walk, sit, and rest without a packed itinerary

Retreat leaders manage their own programmes, bookings, and guest communications. Details vary by retreat.

Dates & booking
Dates and booking are managed directly by Rock & Rose Adventures.

Half-House Hire (Subject to Availability)

If the house feels right for you but your group is smaller than a full booking, you’re welcome to ask about half-house hire.

This can work well for small groups who want shared meals, long conversations, and use of the grounds — without filling every bedroom.

Half-house stays are not always available and depend on dates, demand, and how the rest of the house is being used. We’ll always be clear about what’s possible.
